Emily Rogan joined United Policyholders (UP) in January 2008. As the Chief Operating Officer, Emily works closely with the Executive Director, UP staff, and volunteers to advance the mission of the organization. Along with performing high-level operational management, Emily is instrumental in UP’s programmatic success. Through the Roadmap to Recovery program, she organizes workshops and webinars to provide long term recovery help to disaster survivors and case managers across the county. Collaboration is one of the keys to her success, and Emily builds and maintains relationships with Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) members, non profits, government, and the faith based community. She proudly represents UP at conferences, meetings and workshops.
